Mentor Coaching (ICF)

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I am authorized to provide mentor coaching for individuals and groups applying for or renewing their Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential and for those working towards their PCC credential.

Even if you are not pursuing ICF certification - or are undecided - having a mentor coach is an invaluable part of your training and development (and it’s fun to be a “mentee”, at least with me it is!)

My mentoring draws on over ten years of study and coaching experience, which includes Life Coaching, Integration, Spiritual Guidance and Executive and Startup Founder Coaching. I am also a Lead Instructor for the Asian Leadership Institute's ACT (Applied Coach Training) program, an intensive that combines instruction and mentorship.

Supporting others in their professional advancement is a tremendous pleasure and privilege for me. I will meet you where you are, respect your unique style and approach, and assist you in achieving your goals, whether that involves obtaining an ICF credential or a sole focus on enhancing your coaching skills.

Initial Credentialing (ACC and PCC)

Credentialing candidates on the following paths are required to participate in Mentor Coaching prior to submitting their application:

ACC

Credentialing candidates on the ACC ACSTH, ACC Portfolio, and PCC Level 1 / ACSTH paths must complete 10 hours of Mentor Coaching prior to submitting their application.
They are required to partner with a Mentor Coach who holds a valid ACC*, PCC or MCC Credential (*Associate Certified Coaches must complete at least one full cycle of their credential (with renewal) before they’re eligible to serve as a Mentor Coach for ACC credentialing or credential renewal

ACC Renewal

Coaches applying to renew their ACC Credential are required to complete an additional 10 hours of Mentor Coaching above those hours required for their initial credential. These hours must be completed in the three years since the initial award of the credential or since the last credential renewal, and must take place over the course of at least three months.

They are required to partner with a Mentor Coach who holds a valid ACC*, PCC or MCC Credential.

PCC

Credentialing candidates on the PCC Level 1 / ACSTH and PCC Portfolio paths must complete 10 hours of Mentor Coaching prior to submitting their application. The Mentor Coaching hours must occur over a three-month period or longer. For example: If the first session is March 14, then the last session must be June 14 or after.

They are required to partner with a Mentor Coach who holds a valid PCC or MCC Credential.
