What is Coaching?

Coaching empowers you to develop your capabilities and set purposeful goals, while increasing your performance through learning, to enable you to move towards your goals, either in their personal life or business/career, reaching and maintaining your potential, in an easier and faster way than if you acted alone.

Coaching helps you take control of your future and set positive, relevant and empowering goals, that will improve the quality of your life. Coaching is mindset training, like physical conditioning, where you flex different muscles in order to align your internal world (thoughts, feelings, beliefs, words), with your external world (action, work, family, friends, community).

Coaching isn’t just for athletes and celebrities anymore! How Does It Work?

My action-orientated coaching process combines tools, processes and models from world-renowned coaching experts with my own experience of overcoming years of struggle.

In a series of private coaching sessions we will explore what really matters to you, create a vision and strategy for your life and career, and deal with any barriers that may be preventing you from reaching your goals.

Coaching has to be personal to be effective. I suggest that we have quick call first to discuss your requirements. If we both think that we could be a good match, then I would invite you to attend a 90 min free Initial Consultation, face to face or over Skype.

During this session we will discuss your situation and goals, I will answer questions that you have about coaching and together we will explore whether coaching could help you. At the end of the session, we can decide whether we are a good fit for each other and which coaching program would be best for you.


if you decide to proceed…

If we decide to work together we will agree a bespoke program that is best suited to support you in creating your desired outcomes. It could be based on one of the programs listed below or cover something completely different.

My standard programs require a minimum commitment of 10 one-hour sessions. Depending on the issues you want to work on, we may agree to work together for a longer period or meet for an intensive session.

What does a session look like?

A coaching session consists of a deep and powerful conversation in which I ask you questions that will help you gain clarity and find solutions for your challenges and ambitions in your career and wider life. I will never tell you what to do. You are the expert in your profession, as well as the expert of your own life.

All sessions offer a mixture of action planning and exploration. Sometimes I will introduce you to coaching tools and models that will assist you in your exploration and learning. My integrated approach combines traditional coaching processes with a wide range of tools from other disciplines. Learn more about me.

How we can work together

I coach clients globally either face-to-face in Brisbane, Gold Coast and surrounding areas or via Skype video calls.

During the discovery session we will explore your needs together and decide on the best way to work together. We can either have regular 60 or 90 min sessions face to face or over Skype, or set aside a half or full day in a beautiful countryside location 25 mins outside Brisbane to focus on you. We will continue to tailor the coaching format to suit your needs as we progress.
